Descrip tion: ADI ’s Sales Operations Team is seeking a motivated , passionate and data driven to provide support to the central Operations Team . You will work o n exciting operations projects ranging from financial forecasting, sales pipeline optimization, dashboarding , supply allocation, inventory management , etc. Your data analysis and programming skills will be leveraged to develop dashboards useful for solving sales operations challenges across ADI’s global network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science , Business Analytics, Data Science , Information Management Systems or related fields . Master’s preferred.
  • 0-2 years of expereince
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects across geographically distributed teams .
  • Strong proficiency in big data analysis and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Responsibilities

  • Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by Sales E xecutives, Customer Specialists and other stakeholders.
  • Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets or outputs.
  • Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
  • Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
  • Identify key issues using a variety of data analysis tools and algorithms across a broad range of areas including operations, supply and demand planning, inventory optimization .
  • Define, analyze, and track key metrics using data analysis techniques to develop dashboards and assist in data driven decision making .
  • Develop, optimize & automate financial model s to support efficient reporting and accurate financial forecasting .
  • Translate business requirements into specifications to create reports and develop dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.
