The Analyst is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing regulatory workflows across the New England legal team, including filings, discovery, and docket management. The role owns how this work is delivered through structured workflows, digital tools, and AI-enabled processes. This role combines production execution with design and ownership of regulatory workflows, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and at scale. It is central to enabling a modern, digitally supported delivery model for the legal function, allowing attorneys to focus on legal judgment and advocacy. This is not an attorney or paralegal role, and a law degree or prior legal experience is not required. The position is intended for someone who is interested in helping a legal department operate more efficiently through workflow design, process improvement, coordination, and data-informed support. This role may be a strong fit for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is organized, analytical, comfortable with technology, and interested in improving how complex work gets done.
