About The Position

The Position Summary states that this position is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient workflow processes for the PBS AR Management Team. This will entail auditing staff performance, creating and maintaining written guidelines, and assisting with onboarding of new hires with workflow training. The Primary Duties & Responsibilities include providing a monthly review of workflow for all PBS AR Management team areas to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy among staff. The role involves creating and/or updating written guidelines, policies, procedures, and workflow documentation as needed. It also includes monitoring the accuracy of AR staff work performance and taking action to assure compliance with written guidelines. The position will provide management with support and feedback on the accomplishment of goals and opportunities for improvement of individual team members. Collaboration with the management team on the appropriateness of benchmarks for quality and efficiency and suggesting updates to quality and accuracy metrics as warranted are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provides monthly review of workflow for all PBS AR Management team areas to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy among staff.
