About The Position

Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation of CNO tools and capabilities. Lead a team to design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique requirements on Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms, Build applications using a specified programming language per the Government, Build graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for custom applications, and Respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university.
  • Four (4) years of relevant programming experience (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) in the field may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
  • Experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments
  • Experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
  • Experience developing Embedded or mobile platform applications using proprietary, GOTS, or open source build environments
