The 2027 Corporate, Investment Banking and Markets (CIB&M) Full-Time Analyst Program in Restaurant & Hospitality Finance is an opportunity for recent graduates to build a foundation for a long, rewarding career in global finance. The program begins in June and provides hands-on experience and business exposure. Analysts will be placed with a specific group to develop valuable skills and knowledge, working alongside professionals who will serve as instructors and mentors. Full-time analysts will support deals and client-focused projects by conducting financial analysis, modeling, research, and assisting with pitch books and presentations. The program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of global banking/finance and an insider's perspective from serving multinational clients with complex financial needs. Restaurant & Hospitality Finance (RHF) is a rapidly expanding initiative within MUFG’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking Group, financing larger restaurant and fitness sector Franchisors, Operating Companies and Franchisees, with a focus on Quick Service, Fast Casual and High-Value Low-Price national brands. The group also provides real estate financing to mid-size hotel franchisees. The Analyst will be a corporate finance professional supporting RHF, including non-investment grade transaction origination and credit analysis. Critical functions include assessing risk factors, determining appropriate risk ratings, active credit management, and monitoring for potential upgrades or downgrades to maximize net income while minimizing credit costs.
