As an Analyst, Product Development you will assist the team in leading the ideation and creation of new funds at Hamilton Lane.

Requirements

  • 1 Year of Private Markets Industry experience
  • Examples of being a self-starter with a drive to excel.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to grasp new concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review memos for new product approvals
  • Research funds in market for competitive analysis construction
  • Prepare marketing testing questionnaire for Client Solutions teams to gauge sentiment on appetite and demand for product terms and strategy
  • Collaborate with Legal, Portfolio Management, Client Solutions, Investment, Product and Marketing teams to formulate Product Seeding and Launch Plan document
  • Draft and finalize marketing materials for new products in collaboration with investment / product teams
  • Document key updates, take aways and action items from weekly development meetings
  • Develop understanding of the regulatory landscape of the jurisdictions and structures as they affect each new product
  • Build and manage the technology implementation (ie: Monday.com, DealCloud) to streamline the product development and launch process
