This role develops and implements procurement plans to meet program timelines and expectations of internal customers. The role involves effectively tracking the movement of goods through the supply chain pipeline, completing recurring and ad-hoc statistical analyses regarding supplier performance, and creating tracking logs for improved real-time and historical trend analysis and reporting of program parts management and status. The Analyst will support various procurement teams by creating forms, reports, and databases that streamline existing data and procedures. They will analyze Material Requisitions (MR) information and alert team members to parts and delivery issues that could create a program risk, identify root causes, and develop solutions to assist in resolution with suppliers. This includes daily contact with suppliers via email and/or phone to secure shipment information for delivery confirmations, managing a standardized review process with supplier partners to address critical issues, and enforcing critical metrics of partnerships to hold both company and vendors accountable for program success. The role also focuses on developing supplier relationships for long-term success and improvements to Procurement Programs.
