Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough audits of pricing agreements and contracts, ensuring all entries into the pricing system are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Review and update customer accounts by analyzing bills of lading, quote requests, and contractual documentation to guarantee alignment with business objectives. Perform root cause analysis to resolve discrepancies and pricing issues, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement. Prepare, compile, and evaluate data from multiple systems, delivering clear, actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing direct support to foster a culture of accuracy and accountability. Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, representing the organization with professionalism and a commitment to quality. Required Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge in audit practices, and pricing strategies within the LTL industry. Strong proficiency in data management, and the use of Microsoft Office. Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and accuracy in complex environments. Developed communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to evolving business needs, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, or a related pricing/auditing field, with a minimum of one year in a similar industry preferred. (Pricing, audit, rating)
