About The Position

We are currently seeking to fill a full-time permanent position as a Pricing and Business Intelligence Analyst, based in our Ville Saint-Laurent offices. Reporting to the Supervisor, Pricing and Analytics, your role will be to actively contribute to the development, evolution, and optimization of our pricing, analytics and artificial intelligence infrastructure to support the Pricing team’s operations and decision-making.

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor’s) in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or similar analytical roles
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, analysis, and problem-solving;
  • Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Basic knowledge of Python
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and continuous improvement of analytical and operational processes
  • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)

  • Knowledge of ERP environments (AS/400) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze cost price changes provided by internal systems
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Product Managers to establish and optimize selling prices, margins, and gross profits
  • Participate in pricing strategy review projects
  • Support managers in our monthly sales and margin analysis review
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and analytical tools in Power BI, using SQL and Python
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of already mature and well-established analytics infrastructure
  • Gradually contribute to the integration of artificial intelligence solutions, including Copilot and the development of analytical agents aimed at automating, accelerating, and improving operational and analytical processes
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company, the Pricing department, products, and pricing levers in order to propose high value-added analytical and AI-driven solutions
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in task prioritization, problem-solving, and efficient request management
