We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Analytics Architecture team within McAfee’s Analytics Platform & Enablement organization. In this role you will build, validate, and maintain the analytical logic behind McAfee’s most critical consumer business metrics — retention rate, trial conversion, bookings, subscriber counts, and marketing effectiveness. You will work directly in Databricks writing SQL and Python to transform raw data into certified KPIs that drive decisions at the VP and C-level. This is a hands-on, high-output role. You will own end-to-end analysis cycles: receiving business questions from leadership, translating them into data logic, validating results against source-of-truth systems, and delivering findings that directly influence how McAfee measures and optimizes its subscription business. You will partner closely with Data Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams on a daily basis. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Analytics Architecture and works alongside 2–3 peer analysts who collectively own the analytical foundations for McAfee’s consumer business. This is a Hybrid Position located in either Waterloo or Toronto, Canada. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to either location. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work from your home office.
