About The Position

The Performance Data & Analytics team sits at the intersection of data quality and business intelligence — where the numbers behind Credigy's portfolio investments are validated, organized, and transformed into something our teams can actually act on. As an Analyst on this team, you'll work directly with portfolio managers to ensure the data flowing in from sellers, servicers, and vendors is accurate, well-categorized, and properly stored. This is detail-oriented work with real business stakes, and it's a role that opens doors — offering a clear path into portfolio management and revenue management as you grow. If you're analytically sharp, eager to develop your technical skills, and ready to do work that matters from day one, we'd love to meet you. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship. About the Role As an Analyst on the Performance Data & Analytics team, you'll play a central role in making sure Credigy's portfolio data is reliable and ready for decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with the Business Operations team to understand servicer data across multiple portfolios, and partner with Senior BI/SQL Developers to learn data warehouse best practices and implement them in your work. Success in this role means bringing both a process-oriented mindset and a genuine curiosity about the business — understanding not just the data, but what it represents.
