About The Position

The Analyst, Partnership Solutions will play a critical role on the Partnership Solutions team within the Arizona Cardinals’ Corporate Partnerships department. Partnership Solutions serves as the strategic and analytical arm of the department, working closely with Partnership Sales and Partnership Marketing to identify revenue opportunities, maximize partnership value, and drive the continued growth of the Cardinals’ partnership business. Reporting to the Director of Partnership Solutions, the Analyst will own the department’s internal data, reporting, dashboard management, and category intelligence functions. This role will be responsible for turning partnership, financial, sales, market, and category data into actionable insights that inform business strategy and directly support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems. They should have a strong understanding of CRM and business intelligence platforms and the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations for senior leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably with a major in Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or Economics)
  • 1-2 years professional experience in a professional sports team environment supporting data analytics and insights, reporting, and audience identification preferred.
  • Experience in PowerBI, Salesforce, and KORE is preferred.
  • Good working grasp in SQL
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, manage laterally and upwards, all with a professional and courteous attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, consultants, and vendors
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours will vary depending on business needs

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the department’s partnership dashboards and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, ensuring data is accurate, current, actionable, and easy for stakeholders to understand.
  • Serve as a key administrator and subject-matter expert for KORE and Salesforce, ensuring the systems accurately reflect revenue, inventory, pipeline, partner, and sales information.
  • Establish and maintain consistent data standards, reporting definitions, and processes across Corporate Partnerships.
  • Monitor data integrity and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or process issues that could impact financial reporting or business decisions.
  • Develop new dashboards and reporting tools based on evolving departmental needs.
  • Own the development, accuracy, and ongoing management of internal partnership reporting, serving as a primary source of truth for department performance and financial data.
  • Track and analyze partnership revenue, contracted revenue, renewals, new business, pipeline, inventory, category performance, and other key commercial metrics.
  • Develop and maintain standardized weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including gross and net revenue, pacing, budget performance, sales pipeline, renewals, and other department KPIs.
  • Partner with Finance and Corporate Partnerships leadership to ensure consistency and accuracy of revenue reporting and financial data.
  • Build analytical models and reporting tools to evaluate pricing, inventory utilization, category performance, renewal opportunities, and incremental revenue potential.
  • Lead comprehensive category deep dives to evaluate the size, health, competitive landscape, and revenue potential of current and prospective partnership categories.
  • Analyze historical Cardinals performance, trends, market data, competitive team activity, category spending, and other relevant information to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct ad hoc deep dives on priority categories, partners, prospects, assets, or revenue opportunities as requested by leadership.
  • Support Partnership Sales & Marketing with data-driven insights, prospect research, category intelligence, and financial analyses that strengthen sales strategies and proposals.
  • Develop timely and insightful analyses to support the organization’s mission, goals, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, and other departments to define data needs and develop solutions.
  • Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders on partnership data, reporting, systems, and analytics.
  • Support the Director of Partnership Solutions and Corporate Partnerships leadership with special projects and strategic analyses.
  • Other duties as assigned.
