Role Summary The Signify Capacity Management team is seeking an Operations Analyst to own the capacity and operational performance for specific assigned markets. In this role, you will execute strategies to maximize fill rates and optimize provider logistics to ensure client goals and SLAs are met within your territory. You will have the opportunity to interact with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and reduce unmet demand

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Logistics, or related field. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered instead of a college degree.
  • 1 or more years of relevant professional experience in operations, logistics, or data analysis.
  • Experience using Google Suite to include sheets, slides, and calendar management.
  • Experience using Excel spreadsheets and/or PowerBI to analyze data trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple market priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who can identify operational issues and propose solutions proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Defines and optimizes market-specific dialing strategies to ensure client goals are met.
  • Monitors market health and executes strategies to maximize fill rates (In-Home and Virtual) for assigned territories.
  • Identifies and addresses scheduling gaps to ensure capacity utilization is maximized
  • Analyzes Week-over-Week (WoW) trends to identify performance gaps and provides daily updates on market status.
  • Manages Salesforce (SF) cases for assigned markets, ensuring they are addressed within the 24-hour SLA.
  • Executes strategies to maximize network performance KPIs
  • Implement strategies to minimize clinician abrasion.
  • Investigates root causes of cancellations and adjusts planning to improve retention
