The Operations Services Analyst will be responsible for supporting strategic and tactical aspects that support testing, implementation, and ongoing business process management. The incumbent will provide administrative support for system programs or initiatives launched that impact sales, profit, Guest and Team Member satisfaction. Provides project management support for testing, projects, and initiatives across a broad array of subjects under the umbrella of operating restaurants, including but not limited to food, beverage, labor optimization, HR, training, IT systems, marketing, and development. Supports multiple projects concurrently through phases of ideation, proof of concept, testing and implementation. Tracks cross functional progress and provides timely updates to ensure all programs and initiatives are completed and operationally ready for implementation. Adeptly works with multiple levels of department leadership and cross functional team partners. Supports execution and operational integration to drive achievement of performance targets.
