About The Position

The Analyst is responsible for participating on an operational team that supports our clients. They help our clients grow by completing daily workloads in an accurate and timely manner. The Analyst will demonstrate the ability to support one or more of the following functions: Account Services, Alternative Investments, Cash Management, Client Communications, Conversions, Corporate Actions, Mutual Funds, Settlements, Stock Receipts, Tax, Trading and Transfers. Other responsibilities may arise as part of our ever-evolving work environment.

Requirements

• Credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening (including for marijuana).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Account Services, Alternative Investments, Cash Management, Client Communications, Conversions, Corporate Actions, Mutual Funds, Settlements, Stock Receipts, Tax, Trading, or Transfers.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation and process requests.
• Analyze information to ensure high level quality.
• Interface with a variety of systems and departments to resolve tasks.
• Take initiative to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
