AAA Club Alliance is hiring for a Member Experience Analyst to join our Special Investigations team! This role involves working in conjunction with the Automotive Services Data Analysis team to determine populations of Memberships to explore for further investigation. You will use leads generated from front-line Associates to evaluate for potential misuse and determine the need for further investigations. The Analyst will conduct timely, thorough, and professional investigations to determine misuse and/or heavy use of Emergency Roadside Assistance benefits, establish appropriate recommendations, and prepare case reports. You will also handle fraud alerts, manage suppression requests, and compose various correspondence letters. This role requires reviewing Member Response Reviews (Appeals), participating in pilots, and providing feedback on new processes. Communication with outside facilities and other business lines is essential, as is coordinating investigation efforts with appropriate staff and ensuring legal and procedural requirements are met. The Analyst will effectively use computer systems for tracking and documenting, track and report case turn-around time, and ensure documentation is maintained securely. Assistance to the Supervisor regarding potential criminal or fraudulent activity to Legal, Internal Audit, or others may be required, along with interpreting and explaining policies and providing feedback on trends related to benefit misuse.
