Position Summary: Detail-oriented Master Data Analyst with experience managing and processing diverse requests within a Business Partner Support environment. Skilled in verifying and validating data using API systems and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with established standards. Demonstrates strong expertise in SAP, particularly in maintaining and updating business partner profiles with accuracy and consistency. Proven ability to collaborate effectively, provide operational support, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Business Partner Support team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of legal document review and data analysis
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of quickly learning new systems and processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Redwood, and Winshuttle preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Business Partner profiles in SAP, ensuring all supporting documentation meets SOX compliance requirements for new records and updates
  • Review and analyze legal documents, including IRS filings, SEC filings, Secretary of State (SOS) documents, and merger/acquisition agreements, to ensure accurate data entry and updates
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track name and ownership changes with precision and consistency
  • Support management in the planning, preparation, and execution of system updates and enhancements
  • Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and resolve complex Business Partner Support issues, including integration of new products into existing workflows
  • Monitor and track daily business partner creations and updates using various reporting tools
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
