About The Position

The Analyst, Marketing (Senior Digital Graphic Designer) will play a crucial role in our marketing team, serving as one of the primary creative resources responsible for developing impactful visual solutions across digital and traditional channels. Under the guidance of the Brand Lead, you will bring ideas to life by producing concepts, prototypes, and final design solutions that support the organization's marketing and branding initiatives. As a senior member of the team, you will contribute creative expertise, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality marketing assets. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will be essential in achieving outstanding design outcomes that resonate with our company's vision. Position works hybrid based in San Juan, PR.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, in Graphic Designing.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing Design, or related creative roles.
Proficiency with design and editing software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and other tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Responsive design skills to create designs that adapt well to different sizes and devices.
User experience (UX) awareness to enhance usability in designs based on how users interact with digital content.
Basic animation skills for some projects, animated social media posts, GIFs, or simple website animations.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Fully bilingual - Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization. Employee is responsible for maintaining eligible work authorization throughout his tenure with the organization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to grasp project objectives and creative concepts. Translate these requirements into impactful visual designs.
Develop visual content for various channels and formats.
Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Craft visually appealing email templates, headers, and promotional graphics.
Create informative and engaging infographics to convey complex information.
Collaborate with web developers to enhance the user experience through well-designed web elements.
Create Offline Assets (OOH, TV storyboards, and others).
Present your creative concepts to the team.
Incorporate feedback to continuously improve your designs.
Work closely with the team to launch projects successfully.
Take on special design tasks as needed (e.g., color correction).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
Support the application and maintenance of brand guidelines across marketing initiatives and communication channels.
