About The Position

Bain Capital Credit is hiring Analysts for their Liquid Structured Credit team. This is a full-time role based in the Boston office, starting in the summer of 2027. The position is specifically for students currently in an undergraduate program. The role involves conducting in-depth company-specific research, performing industry-level analyses, developing financial models for investment decisions, and generating buy/sell recommendations with clear investment theses.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated track record of successful work experience
• Self-driven and intellectually curious
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Currently in an undergraduate program

• Prior internship experience in investing

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep, company-specific research, including attending management meetings, on-site diligence with customers and suppliers, and attend relevant industry conferences
• Perform industry-level analyses to inform the investment process and provide critical context
• Develop detailed financial models, including earnings projections and valuation analyses, to inform investment decisions
• Generate thoughtful, proactive buy/sell recommendations and communicate investment theses clearly to the team
