About The Position

The Analyst, Learning Experience & Processes, supports the administration, analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement of United’s learning management tools. This role partners with learning teams, business stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors to help ensure learning systems are reliable, well-documented, and aligned to operational and learner needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience administering, supporting, or analyzing LMS, LCMS, LXP, RMS, VMS, or other enterprise learning technology platforms
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, user support, learning content deployment, maintenance, data quality, or learning technology operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to investigate issues, manage competing priorities, and recommend practical solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, technology partners, business stakeholders, or external vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset, high attention to detail, and commitment to system reliability and operational consistency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
  • Successful completion of the interview process required to meet job qualifications
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is an essential function of this role

Nice To Haves

  • Experience administering or supporting Cornerstone LMS or other enterprise learning platforms in a large, complex organization
  • Experience with learning system integrations, data feeds, reporting, user provisioning, or administrative workflows
  • Experience with learning content standards and digital learning technologies
  • Experience using workflow, diagramming, or process-mapping tools such as Miro

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support learning management tools, including system access, assignments, curricula, notifications, workflows, and routine platform maintenance
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and issue resolution for platform updates, digital learning content, integrations, and new functionality
  • Analyze learner support trends, system performance, data quality, and operational workflows to identify risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Document business requirements, current-state and future-state processes, SOPs, testing outcomes, and support procedures for learning technology solutions
  • Partner with instructional design teams, content owners, administrators, vendors, and technology partners to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and support a strong learner experience
  • Support proofs of concept, pilot programs, technology evaluations, and implementation activities for emerging learning tools and platform capabilities
