About The Position

Wipro is hiring an Analyst L2 to review incoming quote requests submitted by representatives through CRM or email. The role analyzes requirements and specifications, uses pricing guidelines and tools to create accurate quotes, and works with relevant sales, deal, and pricing teams to validate quote details. It also handles feedback on existing renewal quotes, checks for required approvals when revisions are created, analyzes reasons for revisions, and communicates updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming quote requests from representatives via CRM or email.
• Analyze representatives’ requirements and specifications to create quotes.
• Use pricing guidelines and tools to generate accurate quotes.
• Collaborate with sales, EUC deal Team, DMT, and pricing teams as needed to validate quote details.
• Review feedback from representatives or customers on existing renewal quotes.
• Check for required approvals when a revision is created.
• Analyze reasons for quote revisions, such as pricing adjustments or changes.
• Communicate revisions to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
