Requirements

Some experience in data entry, analysis, or client support roles, preferably in financial services.
Strong attention to detail and a logical, analytical mindset.
Ability to work with data sets and identify errors.
Willingness to learn about data governance and regulatory compliance.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
A desire to develop strong analytical and data management skills.
A commitment to maintaining high data standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and maintaining client entity static data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Perform data validation checks and escalate issues for resolution.
Support new client account setups, reviewing and validating data.
Configure and maintain client account preferences, ensuring changes are accurately documented.
Follow data governance policies and support routine data quality checks.
Assist in audit and review processes, providing data and documentation.
Develop an understanding of regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Highlight potential data quality issues to senior analysts.
Collaborate with senior team members and internal stakeholders.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
