About The Position

We have developed a customizable optimization platform, allowing us to yield the highest EPCs in the industry. We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support the Revenue teams by monitoring the daily performance of marketing and revenue campaigns. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, identifying trends, and recommending optimizations to improve campaign ROI and overall revenue performance. The analyst will also assist with ad hoc reporting and insights requests across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data cleaning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and insights.
  • Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reporting quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Amazon QuickSight is a strong plus.
  • Not required, but certifications in Google Analytics, SQL, or data visualization tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily campaign performance metrics across multiple platforms and identify areas requiring adjustment or optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to ensure campaign targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Create, maintain, and update performance dashboards and reports using Excel or Amazon QuickSight.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis to support revenue strategy, forecasting, and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across campaign, performance, and financial reporting systems.
  • Communicate key insights, trends, and performance updates to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
