Sabre Systems is hiring an Analyst, Journeyman to support a U.S. Navy customer. This program provides readiness and sustainment support to improve operational availability and mission effectiveness while controlling cost and optimizing constrained resources. Uses collaborative, data-driven operating models that include end-to-end readiness ecosystems (operations, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, manpower/training, and financial management). AI-enabled approaches are a desired element of the solution to improve the speed, scale, and consistency of analysis and decision support. The work includes producing readiness assessments and decision-support products; establishing and maintaining consistent readiness metrics and reporting; and integrating data from multiple authoritative and legacy sources to deliver actionable analytics and dashboards. Advanced analytics and, where appropriate, AI/ML techniques (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection, natural language processing of maintenance narratives) are used to identify readiness drivers and constraints, improve predictive analytics, and inform trade-space decisions that balance near-term readiness with longer-term capability objectives, including Fleet legacy platform/systems sustainment and modernization transitions. Location: Norfolk, Virginia The Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for analyzing business or operating procedures to devise the most efficient method of accomplishing the work. In addition, the selected candidate will: Plans the study of work problems and procedures, gathers and analyzes data, organizes and documents findings of studies, and prepares recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Collates information into meaningful reports and presentation material. Performs data management of database tables, data elements, reports, and other entities contained in reporting systems. Analyzes project requirements including program scheduling, critical path analyses and project support/resource requirement determination. Fully participates in impact studies, cost/benefit analyses, dependency models, and employs appropriate project tracking methodologies. Capable of conducting root-cause, corrective action analysis. Possess a working knowledge of statistics and is able to assess correlation. Able to produce visualizations to communicate findings through the use of tables and charts.
