In this role, you will: Collaborate with business users and IT team members to ensure reliable application performance and process alignment. Resolve issues reported through our ticketing platform while maintaining high service standards. Identify and implement low-complexity enhancements to applications and business processes, building your knowledge of system capabilities and configurations. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating requirements into technical solutions aligned with organizational standards.
