About The Position

Analyzes and monitors the organization's cyber security measures; responds to actual penetration attempts by malicious hackers. This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month. Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Requirements

Assimilate and understand data and information from various sources in order to draw appropriate conclusions and make relevant recommendations.
Monitor, diagnose and fix problems with technology products.
Maintain system/service and information security, integrity, compliance and continuity.
Employ a systematic process for solving technical issues by identifying the problem and selecting an appropriate solution.
General Experience - 3 to 6 years

Responsibilities

Implement required security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption, monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems.
Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.
Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats.
Involves working independently.
