About The Position

The Investor Communications Group supports the Firm’s capital raising efforts across various products, strengthening its relationship with investors and contributing to the overall growth of the Firm. The group is responsible for investor services and acts as the liaison between clients and senior management. The department is also responsible for investor onboarding and is the primary point of contact for investor reporting and ongoing account maintenance. The group collaborates closely with department leadership, business unit heads and the Business Development and Marketing Groups to develop and execute plans in line with business objectives. The Analyst will join the Firm's growing Investor Communications (“IC”) Department which serves as a key point of contact to the Firm’s investor base. This role requires a motivated individual with a proactive approach to working with other team members and departments, who has the ability to manage tight deadlines and also brings impeccable attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external groups

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Executing the Data Management Team specific service level agreements
  • Onboarding and maintenance of investor accounts, including the collection and analysis of banking and investor contact information
  • Contributing to process improvements and automation with respect to how data is managed in the CRM database
  • Supporting bank account reconciliations (e.g., capital call and distribution payments)
  • Contributing to critical Investor Communications projects
  • Corresponding with other back-office teams on day-to-day and ad-hoc activity
  • Consistently meeting team metrics and shifting priorities as needed
  • Ensuring timely execution on team deliverables and ad-hoc requests
  • Maintaining a positive culture during times of high volumes
  • Strengthening Transfer Agent Quality Assurance (QA) program
