About The Position

Coordinate the closing process for commercial real estate loans. Interact with legal counsel, correspondents, borrowers, servicers, and other related parties. Review All Third Party Real Estate Reports, Title and Required Insurance.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to assess each situation and make good decisions - strong analysis and interpretation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player - ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good negotiating skills
• Proficient in PC Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications (Email, Internet applications, Excel and Word)

Nice To Haves

• 2-4 years of prior experience with a title company, law firm, commercial mortgage banking or the investment area of life insurance company or other related finance area preferred
• knowledge of SS&C’s PrecisionLM system a plus
• MBA commercial real estate closing courses preferred: Loan Closing and Loan Documentation, Inspections and Environmental Concerns
