About The Position
Rystad Energy is seeking motivated candidates with a strong academic record and an analytical mindset for an analyst intern position. The analyst department covers Renewable and Power, Energy Systems, Oil and Gas, Commodity Markets, and Energy Services. Interns will contribute to gathering, analyzing, and presenting research, helping to update market-leading databases, and participating in modeling and report writing. This role offers direct impact on products and reports, hands-on mentorship, and a dynamic working environment. The internship is typically 12 weeks during June to August.
Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Strong academic track record in a relevant field (engineering, finance, economics, etc.)
- Proven analytical, quantitative, communication, problem-solving skills
- Interest in learning about the energy industry and the energy transition
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and present research across the analyst department.
- Update market-leading databases.
- Participate in modeling and report writing.
- Take part in value-adding analysis.
- Gain responsibility for own work streams under supervision.
