About The Position

Venture Global LNG is seeking an IT Analyst to support the company’s growing IT Operations needs. The role coordinates projects within deadlines, organizes meetings, and collaborates with other departments and internal and external stakeholders. The analyst works with multiple technologies to address IT issues in a fast-paced, dynamic, rapid-growth environment, building positive relationships across IT and delivering timely, viable solutions. This position is based in the company’s Arlington, Virginia office.

Requirements

Three years or less of experience in IT-focused projects, or equivalent experience.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in a simplified manner.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with project management software.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Celoxis project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day IT Operations project activities, potentially across multiple projects, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
Participate in IT Operations activities, including demand intake, procurement, vendor onboarding and analysis, and demo and trial-license request management.
Represent customer input in technical and business terms and develop descriptive requirements to ensure project value is realized.
Create documentation for end users and the internal IT Operations team.
Create and drive project plans to optimize resources.
Coordinate activities of sub-teams.
Document and communicate project status, issues, and risks promptly to project teams and senior management.
Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and other staff members.
Manage project issues through resolution.
Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Serve as the first point of escalation for the project team.
Build strong relationships between various IT teams.
Clearly and concisely communicate complex information to different audiences.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
