The company operates primarily remotely, with offices in Denver, New York, Dallas, and Lisbon. While most teams work remotely, some roles may require on-site presence, and travel is expected for team meetings and projects, typically once per month or quarter. The Core Lab is a global team of imaging professionals dedicated to preventing heart attacks. This role involves reviewing and quality-checking Coronary CT exams processed by AI algorithms to ensure accurate analysis for providers, hospitals, and patients. It is an ideal position for a Radiology Technologist with ARRT Certification seeking to apply clinical expertise in a remote, tech-forward environment.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Radiography
Active ARRT certification
Strong general computer literacy (Google Workspace/Drive/Sheets)
High attention to detail
Proactive attitude
Strong written communication
Deep respect for healthcare compliance and patient confidentiality
Ability to sustain prolonged daily screen time requiring excellent visual acuity and color perception.

Nice To Haves

Experience in CT, Coronary CTA, or 3D post-processing
Prior experience with Google Workspace (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom Video.

Responsibilities

Analyze and refine AI-generated outputs from Coronary CTA exams.
Evaluate Coronary CTA exams for image quality and compliance with clinical standards.
Meet daily individual KPIs and productivity metrics.
Execute daily operational tasks efficiently in accordance with the established work plan.
Maintain open lines of communication across the global team, ensuring strict adherence to training protocols, standardization, and data integrity.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback, contributing innovative ideas, and collaborating on team projects.
Assist with the development and deployment of training materials, and provide constructive performance feedback to team members as needed.
Engage actively in scheduled team communications and meetings, taking on leadership or ownership roles when delegated.
Take accountability for achieving daily metrics, proactively flagging operational issues, and participating in routine problem-solving to resolve workflow deviations.
Provide valuable operational feedback and clinical insights to support new product development when requested.
