As a Program Office Analyst, you will support the S3 Chief and Deputy with coordinating Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities, assigning projects, and serving as the primary contact for programmatic inquiries. You will guide account teams and test coordinators on best practices and tools for effective program management. For RTC and ATEC program management tools, you will manage user access, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with programmers to find solutions. You will also generate reports to track project statuses, finances, and milestones. Before a project is retired, you will ensure all milestones and documentation are complete and coordinate with the RTC S8 for financial disposition. Finally, you will help improve RTC processes, assist with meeting scheduling and presentation, and ensure accurate contractor timekeeping within S3.
