About The Position

This position is hiring for an Analyst I - III based on experience. JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Performs a wide variety of data analyses under general supervision of senior analysts and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience.
• Analyst I: 0-2 Years of professional experience
• Analyst II: 2-4 Years of professional experience
• Analyst III: 4-6 Years of professional experience
• Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Understanding of O&M and Capital Budgetting Processes
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree.
• Microsoft Certification

Responsibilities

• Researches assigned portions of a project, documents sources and works with relevant stakeholders inside and outside of department to ensure relevancy.
• Recognizes data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to senior analysts.
• Supports the review of functions and structures of business area to avoid overlap and duplication.
• Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.
• Performs quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale.
• Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by senior analysts.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
