About The Position

ITC is seeking an Analyst I to provide data analysis and decision-support on the USASAC FMS Enterprise Programmatic Support Services Contract. This role gathers and studies data, identifies patterns and trends, produces conclusions, and makes recommendations that improve organizational efficiency and informed decision-making in a Security Assistance/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) environment. The Analyst I supports both short-term and long-term analytical projects, tracks program and team progress, and prepares formal and informal written and oral products in accordance with organizational guidance and standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in program support functions
  • Associate degree in Operations Research, Physical Sciences, Business/Finance, Human Resource Management, or other related discipline
  • General knowledge of organizational structure and mission.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data and present findings clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active Interim Secret Clearance or above is required at the time of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting Security Assistance, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), USASAC, or U.S. Army programs.
  • Experience conducting data analysis or supporting analytical studies in a government or defense environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions.
  • Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience preparing written reports or briefing products for leadership.
  • Prior experience supporting a government customer in a contractor capacity.
  • Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers, compiles, and validates data from multiple systems and sources in support of assigned analytical tasks and projects.
  • Studies and analyzes data to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and relationships that support meaningful decisions and organizational change.
  • Produces conclusions and develops recommendations based on analytical findings.
  • Conducts studies and analyses that support improved efficiency and informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Supports both short-term and long-term analytical projects, adjusting approach and level of effort to meet project scope and deadlines.
  • Works on specific projects as assigned and assists in tracking program and team member progress, milestones, and completion status.
  • Identifies new techniques, tools, and approaches to enhance efficiency and improve analytical products.
  • Prepares a variety of formal and informal written and oral reports, documents, briefings, and correspondence in accordance with organizational guidance and standards.
  • Develops and maintains spreadsheets, trackers, databases, and analytical tools used to organize, analyze, and report data.
  • Prepares charts, graphs, tables, and visualizations that clearly communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Documents data sources, assumptions, methodologies, and limitations to support the accuracy, traceability, and repeatability of analytical products.
  • Seeks guidance and assistance from Level II and Level III Analysts to define and analyze problems, make recommendations, and develop reports.
  • Applies general knowledge of the organization's structure and mission to frame analysis and ensure findings are relevant and actionable.
  • Responds to taskers, data calls, and information requests with accurate and timely analytical support.
  • Coordinates with program leadership, functional teams, and customer stakeholders to obtain data, clarify requirements, and confirm findings.
  • Participates in program meetings, working groups, and reviews, capturing notes, action items, and follow-up requirements.
  • Handles sensitive, proprietary, and controlled information with discretion and in accordance with company policy and contract requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
