About The Position

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Redstone Test and Engineering Services (RTES) contract in support of the Redstone Test Center mission to provide superior technical expertise conducting tests, analyzing the results, and reporting the results on systems, subsystems, and components related to aviation, missile, and sensor platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university; or an Associate's Degree and two (2) years of applicable experience; or four (4) years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or four (4) years of military training, or a combination thereof, in the specialty area.
• U. S. Citizenship.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Possess, or be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Professional organizational and communications skills.
• Self-starter.
• Good communicator, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

• Professional user of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• 3-5 years of experience using MS Project in coordinating, tracking project scheduling, workflow and performance workflow
• Reviewing technical documents
• Compiling statistics and data for projects
• Developing integrated schedules
• Writing narratives
• Knowledge of government funding and/or Army aviation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides program management support utilizing ATEC and RTC Test Management tools including ADSS-PMM, CET, VDLS, SharePoint, PRO3, and the Project Management Dashboard.
• Tracks and coordinates test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Acct. Managers, Test Engineers, Divisions and management maintain situational awareness.
