This role will own day-to-day onsite merchandising across websites and app, including product setup, categorization, navigation, badging, pricing displays, and promotional placement. They will define and manage category logic, collection structures, and sorting rules to optimize product visibility and discovery. The position involves leading website and app content planning and intake, translating business needs into clear execution plans and timelines, and maintaining a centralized planning document with weekly and monthly updates. Product launches, including onsite placement, setup, QA, and execution, will be managed to ensure accurate and timely activation. The role also includes managing and optimizing the onsite search experience, developing and maintaining cross-sell and upsell merchandising strategies, and managing onsite campaigns. Performing full audits of product, category, collection, and search experiences, and implementing updates based on findings is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the analyst will manage the execution of website updates and enhancements, identify and implement SEO improvements, and analyze and synthesize website, app, and campaign performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. They will translate insights into actions and deliver regular analytics reporting. The analyst will also analyze and track web traffic through Google Analytics and other tools and share key trends, insights, and opportunities with stakeholders. Compliance with health and safety guidelines, protecting company reputation, and maintaining professional knowledge are also expected. Contribution to team effort and participation in projects are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of web strategy, digital merchandising, or site management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, website or app management
  • 1+ years using content management systems
  • 1+ years' experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities
