About The Position

The HRIT Analyst will be responsible for developing detailed requirements, process documentation, and solution design approaches that satisfy business needs for enterprise application initiatives. This role involves working with IT partners to translate requirements into technical solutions, providing subject matter expertise for business requirement definition, process design, and implementation. The analyst will also participate in production incident troubleshooting, solution approach design and recommendations, perform initial validation, support unit testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed. Additionally, the HRIT Analyst will assist in driving initiatives forward from requirements to implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 year of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Experience working with integrations
  • Experience working in an SDLC process-driven organization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert in HR, Payroll, and/or Talent Acquisition systems
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and/or supporting specifically UKG or ADP T&A systems
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and/or supporting SaaS
  • Experience in Human Resources Shared Service departments
  • Experience working in a ticketing solution system (such as ServiceNow/JIRA)

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed requirements, process documentation and solution design approaches that satisfy business needs for enterprise application initiatives
  • Work with IT partners to translate those requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design and implementation of processes
  • Participate in production incident troubleshooting and solution approach design and recommendations
  • Perform initial validation, support unit testing and facilitate UAT as needed
  • Assist in driving initiatives forward from the requirements to implementation
