Description Summary: An Analyst HRIS Solutions Mgmt is an advanced-level professional responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support HR operations. This is a technical role that supports one or more HCM systems and/or modules that involves troubleshooting HRIS data, ensuring system accuracy, and developing reports to meet organizational needs. The Analyst HRIS Solutions Mgmt works closely with HR teams, IT departments, and external vendors to configure systems, testing, implement system upgrades, manage data integration, and ensure the smooth operation of HR systems. They also provide training, create system documentation, and contribute to process improvements to enhance HR functions. This role will provide proactive system related solutions with a strong focus on continuous improvement, user experience, system adoption and data integrity. They will perform as project leads with Strong technical skills, experience with HRIS platforms, and a deep understanding of HR processes are essential for success in this role.
