Department HR Administration Job Summary The HRIS Analyst II ("Analyst"), under general supervision, supports the management and optimization of HR Systems. This includes data conversion, business process design, configuration, testing, reporting, training, and ongoing system development and post implementation support of Workday and other HR systems. The Analyst is the first line of support for HR with a focus on process improvement, automation, and training. The HRIS Analyst II assists with transformative projects across HR to reduce complexity, innovate on new capabilities or systems and improve the employee/manager experience. The Analyst supports the people side of change - including changes to, systems and technology, business processes readiness activities, communications, and partner on training. The Analysts routinely collaborates with key stakeholders within HR to foster productive working relationships, understand business needs, areas for improvement and implements changes accordingly.
