About The Position

The Intermediate Workforce Planning Salesforce Data & Systems Analyst plays a critical role in advancing Indiana University Health Mosaic Community workforce planning strategy by building and optimizing our Salesforce platform, strengthening data integrations across Oracle HCM, ATS systems, and ensuring we capture complete and accurate employee demographic and lifecycle data. This role supports Mosaic’s mission by enabling a unified, reliable, and insight‑driven view of our workforce. Empowering leaders to make informed decisions that enhance organizational health, talent sustainability, and community impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in data/information systems or business administration, or a related field with a background in data science and statistics
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR and workforce planning.
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle, and BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python/R, and Advanced Excel.
Experience designing and implementing data collection processes and developing dashboards, reports, and workforce insights.
Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytical techniques to measure program effectiveness and identify workforce trends.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for nontechnical audiences.
Experience partnering with internal teams to analyze Salesforce processes and align data requirements to produce Power BI visualizations (turnover, job movement, surveys, etc.).

Responsibilities

Design and maintain integrations across Salesforce, Oracle HCM, ATS systems, ensuring accurate and complete capture of employee demographics, job movement, and lifecycle data across platforms.
Serve as a subject matter expert on workforce data architecture, ensuring all systems capture the right data elements to support modeling, forecasting, turnover analysis, and strategic workforce planning.
Manage and enhance analytics platforms and dashboards (Salesforce, Power BI, Oracle HCM) to meet evolving business needs and provide actionable insights to HR, Mosaic leadership, and HR partners.
Design and implement data collection processes and measurement strategies that strengthen Mosaic’s ability to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and evaluate workforce engagement and retention.
Develop comprehensive reports, visualizations, and executive ready summaries that translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for senior leaders and non‑technical stakeholders.
Maintain strong data governance and security practices, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all workforce systems and reporting environments.
Create and maintain documentation including data design specifications, requirements, metric inventories, and user guides for Salesforce, Oracle HCM, ATS workflows.
Provide training and enablement for HR, Mosaic program leaders, and system users to strengthen data literacy and champion a culture of evidence‑based decision making.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure workforce data solutions meet organizational needs and support Mosaic’s mission-driven outcomes.
Deliver operational reporting and analytical work products that support scenario planning, forecasting, and workforce modeling aligned to Mosaic’s community outreach strategy.
