Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
- Risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
- Cybersecurity and privacy principles.
- Cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Experience utilizing the following Microsoft tooling: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Power Automate.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage activities for services provided by the GRIP team.
- Ensure all systems security operations and maintenance activities are properly documented and updated as necessary for all services provided by the GRIP team.
- Identify measures or indicators of service performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the service.
- Monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts in accordance with departmental guidelines.
- Analyze the results of software, hardware, or interoperability testing.
- Generate service queries and reports as required.
- Manage the compilation, cataloging, and retrieval of data.
- Diagnose and resolve customer reported system incidents, problems, and events.
- Assist with the development of training materials and other communications to increase employee understanding of company policies, data handling practices and procedures and legal obligations.
- Assist with the development and documentation of data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the testing and evaluation of tools for implementation.
- Assist with the development of measures of effectiveness and measures of performance.
- Assist with the development of test plans to address specifications and requirements.
