Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
  • Risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
  • Cybersecurity and privacy principles.
  • Cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Experience utilizing the following Microsoft tooling: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Power Automate.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage activities for services provided by the GRIP team.
  • Ensure all systems security operations and maintenance activities are properly documented and updated as necessary for all services provided by the GRIP team.
  • Identify measures or indicators of service performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the service.
  • Monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Analyze the results of software, hardware, or interoperability testing.
  • Generate service queries and reports as required.
  • Manage the compilation, cataloging, and retrieval of data.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer reported system incidents, problems, and events.
  • Assist with the development of training materials and other communications to increase employee understanding of company policies, data handling practices and procedures and legal obligations.
  • Assist with the development and documentation of data standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in the testing and evaluation of tools for implementation.
  • Assist with the development of measures of effectiveness and measures of performance.
  • Assist with the development of test plans to address specifications and requirements.
