About The Position

We’re looking for an Analyst to join the Go-to-Market (GTM) team at Home Solutions. This is a high-ownership builder/operator role focused on helping drive some of our most important growth initiatives and strategic partnerships. You’ll work cross-functionally across partnerships, analytics, operations — helping the team move faster, make smarter data-backed decisions, and scale more efficiently. You’ll report to a VP, Go-to-Market supporting a range of projects across data analytics, reporting, research, partnership management, and cross-functional execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys unstructured problem-solving and wants accelerated exposure to growth strategy, operations, analytics, and process-building — and who is eager to take on increasing ownership over time.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn an open-ended problem into a concrete next step
  • Execution-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Fast learner who can pick up new tools, systems, and business context quickly
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets and is excited to grow their analytical toolkit
  • Continuous-improvement mentality, with a track record of identifying and improving processes or workflows
  • Comfortable exploring and implementing new AI tooling and automation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dashboards or BI tools is a plus
  • Experience with research projects, case competitions, startup environments, or other self-directed work is a plus
  • Experience with digital marketing is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution for strategic partnerships, including data analytics, reporting, performance tracking, and partner communication
  • Build and improve reports, dashboards, and workflows that help the team operate more effectively
  • Support analysis tied to partner performance, growth opportunities, and operational decision-making
  • Conduct competitor and market research, then turn findings into useful summaries, recommendations, or materials for the team
  • Help prepare materials for internal leadership discussions and external partner meetings
  • Coordinate across teams to keep important projects moving and reduce operational friction
  • Help test and build new tools or processes that reduce manual work and improve team output
