About The Position

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Analyst for the Manufacturer Contract Information System (MCIS) team. The role supports day-to-day contract and bid entry into a database, along with qualitative and quantitative review of contracts negotiated by the Trade Relations team. The Analyst owns reporting for internal and external business partners, assists with financial analysis of manufacturer contracts, and contributes to MCIS projects and enhancements. The role also supports management with ad hoc reporting, helps train and demonstrate MCIS to users, and maintains relationships with Trade Relations and other partner organizations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• At least 1 year of proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of Excel experience.
• Healthcare finance or pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) experience.
• Experience with contract interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Enter contracts and bids into MCIS.
• Own reporting delivered to internal and external business partners.
• Collaborate with Trade Relations when contract or bid questions arise.
• Perform quality assurance on contract and bid entries.
• Conduct financial analysis of manufacturer contracts negotiated by the CVS Caremark Trade Relations team.
• Assist with MCIS-related extreme programming (XP) projects.
• Perform user acceptance testing for new MCIS enhancements.
• Support management in developing and maintaining ad hoc reporting.
• Train others on MCIS.
• Demonstrate MCIS to non-users when needed.
• Maintain relationships with Trade Relations and other partnering organizations.
