By strengthening systems, data integrity, and analytics, your work helps leaders make informed decisions and drives continuous improvement across the business.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Hands‑on experience supporting financial systems (BPC preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Clear communication skills and a strong customer‑service mindset
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and assumptions that drive forecasts and business plans
  • Support financial systems and master data governance, including BPC functionality
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, KPIs, dashboards, and visual insights
  • Partner with IT and regional teams on system enhancements, testing, and deployment
  • Maintain presentations, models, and reporting tools that translate data into insights
  • Assist with system access, security, onboarding, and offboarding of users
  • Support change management, communications, and process improvements
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial planning and consolidation activities
