About The Position

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supports strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis, performance reporting, and business insights. This role works closely with senior FP&A team members and cross-functional leaders to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and improve financial transparency and discipline across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and ERP/financial reporting systems is considered an asset
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively with non‑finance stakeholders
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

Analyze financial results, KPIs, and performance trends to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Perform variance, scenario, sensitivity, and what‑if analyses to support decision‑making and strategic planning
Build and maintain financial models for business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and operational teams
Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational performance and deliver actionable financial insights
Support profitability analysis across products, customers, channels, and business units, along with ad hoc projects
