About The Position
TPC is an international premier debt financier in the film and television industry offering an array of complementary services including tax credit advisory, brokerage, legal delivery, and post-production accounting. We make content creators’ ideas a reality by leveraging our exceptional services in support of their creative projects. TPC is seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Analyst to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role designed for a recent or soon-to-be college graduate who is eager to build a career at the intersection of finance, technology, and structured transactions. We are a fast-paced financial engineering and structuring platform, and this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is intellectually curious, and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility from day one.
Requirements
- Recent or upcoming graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, data manipulation, high attention to detail)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior team members and clients
- High intellectual curiosity with a strong interest in financial structuring and deal-making
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (or strong interest in learning)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience building financial models or working with large datasets
- Familiarity with Python, Power BI, or workflow automation tools
Responsibilities
- Support the structuring and execution of complex financial transactions
- Build and maintain Excel models for underwriting, forecasting, and analysis
- Assist in preparing client presentations, investment materials, and internal reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow optimization
- Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and insight generation
