About The Position

The Analyst of Financial Asset Management is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day financial execution for the regional portfolio. This role focuses on portfolio maintenance, preparation of Investment Committee materials, and analytical support for asset management and transaction initiatives. The Analyst works closely with the Region Manager and Vice President, as well as the broader regional teams, to ensure financial models, reports, and materials are accurate, timely, and consistent, forming the foundation for effective regional decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required – finance, real estate, business, or economics major preferred
  • Entry-level to one year of analyst experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a team-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional approach and demeanor

  • Exposure to ARGUS preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain asset‑level financial models used for forecasting, planning, and reporting
  • Update models for leasing activity, capital expenditures, budget changes, and other asset‑level events
  • Coordinate with property management and leasing teams to gather required inputs
  • Perform routine data checks and reconciliations to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing inputs
  • Support preparation and updating of IC materials for the regional portfolio
  • Populate models, tables, exhibits, and supporting analyses used in IC submissions
  • Ensure IC materials are consistent with underlying models
  • Incorporate feedback from the Manager accurately and efficiently
  • Provide analytical support for approved asset management initiatives and projects
  • Prepare ad‑hoc analyses and exhibits to support leasing, capital planning, and operational decisions
  • Support Transaction underwriting and diligence processes
  • Develop asset-level Argus models for potential acquisition and disposition opportunities
  • Refine acquisition underwriting models for transition into the Argus Financial Asset Management environment
  • Prepare recurring financial reports and summaries for regional and executive use
  • Coordinate with Property Management to produce analyses that estimate recovery impact on incremental spend
  • Be responsive to regional requests for ad hoc financial analysis
  • Support Manager‑led workflows and recurring processes
  • Build and leverage AI and PowerBI tools to improve team efficiency and decision-making
  • Identify data gaps or process inefficiencies and raise them to the Manager
