About The Position

This position is for a FastPay Analyst within Hilton's Global Distribution Team, which is a key part of the Commercial Services organization. The role involves supporting booking channel management, negotiations, optimization, operations, and services like payment and transaction settlement for online and digital third-party channels that drive business to Hilton's hotels globally. Reporting to the Manager, Distribution Services FastPay, the analyst will work on projects to ensure that the commission-related needs of hotels and meeting planner companies (MPCs) are met in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of professional experience
  • One (1) year of experience in customer service
  • Experience working with Excel (can maintain spreadsheets) and Outlook
  • Hybrid schedule from Memphis, TN office (2 days per week in office)

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma
  • One (1) year of Finance or Accounting experience
  • One (1) year of experience in Data Entry
  • Knowledge of FastPay processes
  • Knowledgeable of travel agency commission-processing systems or research and special projects

Responsibilities

  • Research information and analyze data to arrive at objective conclusions, recommendations and plans of action within the FastPay program.
  • Perform recompilations of hotel supporting documentation to MPC invoices.
  • Research, resolve, and report any variances.
  • Support all Hilton branded properties participating in the program.
  • Provide mentorship on required approvals, information input, and meeting pickup for processing commission payments.
  • Assist with any adjustments, as applicable.
  • Provide customer service support to MPCs and perform functions relative to special projects or ad-hoc requests.
  • Identify improvement opportunities as it relates to FastPay.
  • Manage the commission payment process cycle through research, special projects, and internal control procedures.
