Disney Entertainment’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) team oversees the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses, helping to bring The Walt Disney Company’s best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere. The DTC Strategy team supports DTC and Disney leadership in driving profitable growth and innovation by collaborating with stakeholders across the business to provide market intelligence, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable strategies and business plans. The team’s activities and accomplishments have contributed to the growth and success of the streaming business. Examples of work the group has led recently include: Developing novel growth strategies for Disney+ and Hulu (e.g., product innovation and feature prioritization, content investment, tiering strategy, international, etc.) Assessing partnership and M&A opportunities Assessing opportunities for growth acceleration across international markets Benchmarking marketplace and competitor trends Creating executive presentations for the Board of Directors and the investor community (e.g., earnings call preparations, Investor Day)
