Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy, research, or data analysis.
  • The ability to travel 4–6 times a year for high-impact, in-person strategy sessions and collaborative summits.
  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in market research or a similar role, with a mastery of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  • A knack for navigating abstract projects and distilling massive volumes of data into clear insights for executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with survey platforms (like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey) and advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A strong familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry (preferred) and the agility to work in a high-speed environment.
  • Top-tier written and verbal skills that allow you to present complex findings with simplicity and punch.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research initiatives that keep the Strategy team ahead of the curve.
  • Keep a sharp eye on competitor pricing, product launches, and strategic shifts to identify immediate threats and golden opportunities.
  • Decode macroeconomic and industry trends to sharpen our long-term forecasting and strategy efforts.
  • Design sophisticated customer-facing surveys and conduct deep-dive interviews with industry experts to uncover what the market is missing.
  • Assist in market sizing and opportunity analysis to help us decide where to play and how to win.
  • Transform complex internal and external datasets into clear, high-impact visualizations.
